Abstract submission

Abstract submission deadline for the 4th Panhellenic Emergency Medicine Congress is the 31st August, 2018. The Scientific Committee of the Congress will evaluate the submitted abstracts and will assign the 8 best ones to be presented by their authors at a special session on Saturday afternoon, the 19th of October 2018.  A special committee will select the best presentation which will be awarded during the closing ceremony of the Congress.

All other abstracts that will be approved by the Scientific Committee will be posted in the form of posters on the premises of the Congress.

 Guidelines for abstracts submission for the 4th Panhellenic Emergency Medicine Congress

  1. Your abstract can only be submitted in English or Greek and must include the title, the list of authors with their affiliations, underlined the designated speaker, the affiliated centre or hospital.
  1. Abstracts main text should not exceed 300 words and should include the following:
  • Introduction
  • Purpose
  • Material and methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  • Key words
  1. Abstracts should be submitted by e-mail as a word file format attachment (. doc or docx) to the 4thcongressem@gmail.com until 31st August 2018, mentioning in the e-mail title that it is an abstract submission. Confirmation of submission should be received by email within a week
  1. The Scientific Committee will inform you regarding the selection of the presentation of your abstract (oral presentation or poster) and instructions no later than the 20th of September.

For the submission of abstracts, registration for the speaker assigned is required.
