 t is an honor and a pleasure to invite you\, to the fourth SEEEDM Congress
 \, which will be held in Tirana\, on May 26-28\, 2023.\n\n&nbsp\;\nhttps:/
 /eusem.org/seeedmc\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe idea of a SEE congress was born 6 years
  ago in Athens\, during the 11th EUSEM Congress. The congress first became
  reality in Belgrade\, followed by Istanbul and then Thessaloniki. This ye
 ar the Albanian Society of Emergency Medicine will host the fourth edition
 \, in our beautiful capital city of Tirana. We are most grateful for the p
 recious cooperation of the emergency medical societies of Bosnia-Herzegovi
 na\, Croatia\, Greece\, Hungary\, Kosovo\, Montenegro\, North Macedonia\, 
 Serbia\, Slovenia\, and Türkiye (EMAT). I wish to specifically acknowledg
 e EUSEM for their confidence and support.\n\nIt is through collaborative e
 fforts such as this congress\, that emergency medicine will strengthen and
  grow. We offer a forum to exchange experiences\, ideas\, and training pra
 ctices to improve our capacities and to gain further knowledge in order to
  prepare to face the challenges of the future.\n\nTirana is a beautiful ci
 ty\, with a lot of history\, and with loving and generous people.\n\nWelco
