 ζει τον διετή κύκλο μετεκπαιδευτικών μα
 θημάτων της. Τα μαθήματα καλύπτουν σε με
 γάλο βαθμό την ύλη στην οποία αναφέρεται
  το curriculum της Επείγουσας Ιατρικής\, με σκ
 οπό να προετοιμάσουν με τον καλύτερο τρό
 πο τα μέλη της εταιρείας για την καθ’ ημ
 έρα κλινική πράξη και τις εξετάσεις για 
 την κτήση του τίτλου της εξειδίκευσης.\n\n

 ορίες για τους ομιλητές:\n\n\n\nDr. Reid\, is an Assis
 tant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Yale University School of Medi
 cine\, Director of the Yale Global Health and International Emergency Medi
 cine Fellowship\, Associate Medical Director of the Yale Shoreline Emergen
 cy Department\, experienced emergency clinician and global health research
 er. Dr. Reid completed her residency at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency M
 edicine Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women
 ’s Hospital in Boston\, USA and her PhD in Global Health at the Universi
 ty of Edinburgh\, UK. Her research is focused on emergency medicine develo
 pment and palliative care in emergency and humanitarian settings. She is c
 urrently funded by a Spark Award from the Yale Institute of Global Health 
 to support a community-based palliative care project in Ethiopia. She is a
 lso working with collaborators in Uganda\, Peru\, Puerto Rico and Greece o
 n projects at the intersections of Emergency Medicine development\, Emerge
 ncy Department operations\, and palliative care.  She was recently invite
 d by the World Health Organization to contribute to a technical brief on p
 alliative care for government heads in LMIC and has a textbook chapter cur
 rently in press on the health economics of global palliative care. Her suc
 cess is further demonstrated by her record of published original research\
 , and robust\, long-term collaborations with researchers across the globe.
 \n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Motov\, is an emergency medicine attending physician and r
 esearch director practicing in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Mai
 monides Medical Center\, Brooklyn\, New York. He graduated from the Medica
 l Academy of Latvia and completed his EM residency at Maimonides Medical C
 enter. Dr. Motov is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate Co
 llege of Medicine who is very passionate about safe and effective pain man
 agement in the ED.  His primary interests include non-opioid analgesic mo
 dalities and a qualitative approach to opioid prescribing. Dr. Motov has b
 een growing and researching this body of work both nationally and globally
  and has given multiple presentations on the subject of ED pain management
 . Dr. Motov has over 60 peer-reviewed pain-related publications in the mos
 t prestigious emergency medicine journals.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nΕκ μέρο
